AGENCY PRODUCER (AP)
Agency producers work in our agency as field sales professionals. Agency producers are able to sell insurance and other products much as an agent does. An agency producer does not have
the responsibility of managing a business operation.
Agency producers are compensated by the agent for whom
they provide services. If you are bilingual, you may
also qualify for other financial incentives.
Minimum qualifications, usually
preferred by a district manager include:
• Highly motivated entrepreneur
• Excellent communication skills
• College degree preferred
• Good credit history

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
(CSR)
Customer Service Representatives work for our
agency as customer service and/or administrative professionals.
Responsibilities typically include office management,
customer policy support (in-office and telephone), and
sales support activities. By obtaining the proper licensing,
customer service reps may also sell insurance products
within the agent’s office. If you are bilingual,
you may also qualify for other financial incentives.
Minimum qualifications, usually
preferred by a district manager include:
• Excellent written and
oral communication skills, a Spanish speaker is a plus
• Customer service oriented
• Good computer skills and proficient with Word,
Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills
